The band saw is mainly composed of a saw frame, a base, a saw wheel, a transmission part, a saw belt guide wheel group, a waste conveyor, a hydraulic system, and an electric control system.

 

Description of main parts of vertical band saw VH600
The band saw is mainly composed of a saw frame, a saw wheel, a transmission part, a saw belt guide wheel group, a waste conveyor, a hydraulic system, and an electric control system.

The saw wheel part is made of 7075T6 stretched aluminum plate, hard anodized. After processing, it is corrected by dynamic balance, with good performance, high mechanical properties, and can withstand high speed and high tensile loads.

The transmission part is driven by the TECO frequency conversion motor to drive the active pulley to rotate, thereby driving the saw belt to run at high speed. The speed of the saw belt is adjusted by the frequency converter to control the output revolutions of the motor, and is displayed by the digital meter.

The saw belt wheel set bearing and key part bearings are all made of NSK products.

The travel switch is used to detect whether the tension is abnormal, and the machine will automatically stop if the abnormality is abnormal. The passive wheel adopts electromagnetic brake. When abnormality occurs, the stable pressure acts on the brake disc to control the rotation of the saw wheel.

The hydraulic part adopts an independent pump station and is controlled by a centralized solenoid valve. The solenoid valves are all made of Taiwan products. Except for the parts that must be connected with hoses, they are all connected by steel pipes to effectively reduce pressure loss.

The transmission mechanism of the sawing machine is precisely balanced and corrected to minimize the vibration and ensure that the saw belt is not easy to break.
The guide part of the saw band adopts clamping rollers, one set at the top and the other, the rollers are made of alloy steel, and are precision ground after surface nitriding treatment, with high precision and good wear resistance.
The driving roller of the waste conveyor is designed with a solid shaft to ensure no breakage during normal use; the roller bearing adopts double-sided sealed bearing to avoid the entry of aluminum chips and improve the service life.

(2) Hydraulic hoses are designed so that friction does not occur during activity. If this cannot be avoided, appropriate protection measures should be taken for hydraulic hoses.
(3) The hydraulic system pipeline part is not allowed to leak.
(4) Avoid any possible damage to the hydraulic hose.
(5) The hydraulic valve cannot be placed in the electric control cabinet and should be placed in an easily accessible position.
(6) The hydraulic station should be equipped with oil level indicator, filter, indicator and pressure gauge according to the hydraulic principle. In addition, a shut-off device that shuts down the hydraulic system during shutdown is required to save resources; and an automatic shut-off function when the oil level is insufficient.
